ASTRACHROME A100 System Specification.

The A100 Spray bench is designed, and built, for continuous industrial use. It is constructed from 316 stainless steel, one of the best grades available, and has it's own castors to assist in mobility.

It has an integral storage area for the chemicals used in the process. These chemicals are contained in individual pressurised flasks, which are colour-coded, to the spray gun lines, to help prevent the incorrect consumable being attached to the incorrect gun. When it is time to stop production, a vaccum system can be activated, and the surplus material in the lines, and spray guns are returned to the flasks, minimising material wastage.

One of the most important features of the A100 is it's heat exchanger. This device heats each chemical through a coil, ensuring the chemicals are delivered to the spray guns at precisely the correct temperature, no matter what the ambient temperature.

The bench comes with a manual turntable, which acts as a spraying platform. The whole of the bench's top platform is perforated allowing surplus chemical and water to drain away into it's integral 180 litre waste storage container, which is required to be plumbed into a drain.

The bench's systems, are controlled via the A100P Control System which has visual displays. The pod should be sited near to the operator at eye level, so they can monitor the performance of the bench, thus ensuring perfect results.
